Latina Film Festival

Las Chicas are Gonna Work it Out!

Señorita Cinema, the Lone Star States all Latina film festival wants YOU!
Hello there Latina filmmaker! We are seeking films and videos by Latina Filmmakers and Video Artists.

Now in its 3rd year, Señorita Cinema is the
Lone Star State's very own All Latina Film Festival.
Founded by Houston filmmaker Stephanie Saint
Sanchez, each installment gives the screen over
to the rising trust of women who are sharing
their amazing stories, styles, voices and visions
by making movies and video art unique to the
Latina experience.
Any genre 15 minutes or less will be considered. This includes trailers and excerpts for larger works and music videos.  Up to three entries accepted!

Luis Abreux Painting

We kick off the season with Cuban Painter Luis Abreux, born in Havana, Cuba he graduated from the Academia de Arte San Alejandro. In 2005 he came to live in the US in order to continue creating and continue living. TBH Center is proud to show the work of this celebrated international artist opening September 8th.

TBH Center is committed to excellent programming which includes community partnerships that are essential in maintaining Houston's rich and diverse cultural spectrum.
